Abstract :
The formulation of problem this study was to determine how the Influence of service quality (X1) and account representative performance (X2) on individual taxpayer compliance (Y) in KPP Pratama Palembang Ilir Barat partially and simultaneously. The objective of this study were to find out the influence of service quality and Account Representative Performance on individual Taxpayer Compliance in KPP Pratama Palembang Ilir Barat. This research was conducted in KPP Pratama Palembang Ilir Barat. This type of research used in this study was associative. The sampling technique was done by random sampling. The data used in this study were primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques were documentation and questionnaires. Quantitative and qualitative data were analysed. The results shows that service quality variable influenced individual taxpayer compliance significantly, there was no significant influence on individual taxpayer Compliance for account representative variable Performance. Simultaneously, there was a significant influence between the service quality and account representative performance on individual taxpayer Compliance.
