Abstract :
ABSTRACT Valen Triwahyuni / 212016109 / 2020 / Effect of Compensation, Work Discipline and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance of PT. Nusa Sarana Citra Bakti Palembang. The Formulation of the problem in this study, Are There Effects of Compensation, Work Discipline and Organizational Culture on the Performance of PT. Nusa Sarana Citra Bakti Palembang ?. This research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of compensation, work discipline and organizational culture on the performance of PT. Nusa means of image of Palembang devotion. This type of research is associative. The sample used was 78 employees at PT. Nusa Sarana Citra Bakti Palembang with sampling techniques using cluster sampling. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Data collection methods used through the Questionnaire (Questionnaire). Analysis of the data used is qualitative and quantitative analysis with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that from the calculation of Fcount (15.184)> Ftable (2.16) and tcount (1.767) X1 (2.842) X2 (1.997) X3> ttable (1.666). It means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means there is an influence of Compensation (X1) Work Discipline (X2) and Organizational Culture (X3) on Employee Performance (Y), both simultaneously and partially.
