YUDHA SATRIA. "Contribution of Pinang Farming Income to Farmers' Income in Tanjung Senjulang Village, Bram Itam District, Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency, Jambi Province". (Supervised by RAFEAH ABUBAKAR and MUHAMAD SIDIK). This study aims to determine the contribution of areca nut farming income to farmers' income in Tanjung Senjulang Village, Bram Itam District, Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency, Jambi Province. This research was conducted in Tanjung Senjulang Village, Bram Itam District, Tanjung Jabung Barat District, Jambi Province. The formulation of the period in this study is how much is the income of areca nut farming in Tanjung Senjulang Village, Bram Itam District, Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency and for the second problem formulation is how much is the contribution of areca nut farming income to the income of farmers in Tanjung Senjulang Village, Bram Itam District, Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency. The sampling method used was Simple Random Sampling with areca nut respondents in Tanjung Senjulang Village, Bram Itam District. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation and direct interviews with respondents using tools in the form of a list of questions that had been prepared in advance. Data analysis method used is quantitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the study note that the average income of farmers in areca nut farming is Rp. 10,358,858.3 / ha / year, and its contribution to overall farmer's income is 15.97%
