ABSTRACT Siska Meilanda / 21 2016 007/2020 / The Effect of Work Motivation and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance at PT. Golden Blossom Sumatera, Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency. This study entitled "The Effect of Work Motivation and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance at PT. Golden Blossom Sumatera, Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency ?. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. Golden Blossom Sumatera, Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency. The population in this study amounted to 113 employees at PT. Golden Blossom Sumatera, Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency. The sample calculation uses the Slovin technique with an error rate of 5% of 88 employees. The research method uses Beganda Linear Regression with a questionnaire as a data collection tool. Analysis of the data used in this study was qualitatively quantified assisted with the SPSS 23.0 for windows program. Work Motivation Variable (X1) affects Employee Performance (Y) with tcount (4.337)> ttable (1.662). Variable Organizational Commitment (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) with tcount (12.015)> ttable (1.662). Keywords: Work Motivation, Organizational Commitment, Employee Performance
