Abstract :
The research is formulated on how the implementation of human resource management audits can improve company?s performance of PT. Muara Dua Palembang. This research is aimed at determining how the implementation of human resource management audits can improve company?s performance of PT. Muara Dua Palembang. The data used in this research was primary data. The data collection methods used in this research were through interviews and documentation. Data analysis method used in this research was a qualitative analysis. The results of this research showed that the implementation of human resource management audits of PT. Muara Dua Palembang still had weaknesses. This was consistent with interviews conducted with companies at PT. Muara Dua Palembang that the HR programs implemented in the company were still not running effectively because there were still several weaknesses, including HR planning programs, HR recruitment programs, HR selection programs, HR training and development programs, HR career planning and development programs, occupational health and safety programs, and employee?s job satisfaction programs.
