ABSTRACT
This type of research used in this research is associative. The population in this study were all employees of PT Sarana Cipta Gemilang (SCG) Lahat, amounting to 129 people and the samples taken in this study were 88 respondents using the simple random sampling technique. The analysis method used is qualitative which is then quantified. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, F test, T test and the coefficient of determination. The simultaneous hypothesis test results show a positive and significant influence between competence, work discipline and organizational commitment on employee performance with a value of Fcount (2657.725) > Ftable (2.77), sig.F 0.000 < 0.10 (significant). Partially competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a value of Tcount 9.228 > Ttable 1.662, sig.T 0.000 < 0.10 (significant). Partially work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a value of Tcount 2.605 > Ttable 1.662, sig.T level of 0.000 < 0.10 (significant). Partially organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a value of Tcount 3.766 > Ttable 1.662, sig.T level of 0.000 < 0.10 (significant). Reinforced with Adjusted R Square (coefficient of determination) of 0.989, this figure illustrates that employee performance can be influenced by competence, work discipline and organizational commitment by 98.9%, while the remaining 1.1% is influenced by variables not examined.
