Abstract :
Maftukah / 212016362M / 2020 / The Influence of Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at Griya Kain Boutique Tuan Kentang Palembang / Human Resource Management. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an effect of work discipline and work motivation on the performance of the employees at Griya Kain Tuan Kentang Boutique, Palembang. The aim is to determine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on the performance of the employees at Griya Kain Boutique Tuan Kentang Palembang. This type of research used in this study is associative. The variables used are work discipline, work motivation, and employee performance. The population in this study all permanent employees of Griya Kain Tuan Kentang Palembang, amounting to 80 people and the sample taken in this study were 44 respondents with simple random sampling technique. The analysis method used is qualitative which is then quantified. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test and the coefficient of determination. The test results using multiple regression analysis show that together there is a positive and significant effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance. While partially work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Work Discipline, Work Motivation, Employee Performance.
