Yogi Agusnadi / 212016322/2020 The Effect of Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance of PT Promexx Stationary Palembang / ManagementSDM The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Promexx Stationary Palembang. This type of research is associative research. The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques is a questionnaire with related parties with employees of PT. Promexx Palembang. The data analysis method uses qualitative methods which are then quantified. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study prove that it is true that work discipline and work motivation are very important aspects in influencing the performance of PT.Promexx Stationary Palembang employees based on the F test and T test with a confidence level of 90%.
