Abstract :
Concrete is widely varied along with the development of technology.
Including the variations in the use of mineral and chemical additives to achieve
the character of the refracted concrete also reach the planned concrete quality
target.
In concrete testing was designed with mixed materials added silica fume
10% and polycarboxylate respectively 1,2, and 3%. The test was performed at the
age of 1 day with 48 samples of test specimen with 3 samples on each type of
normal concrete and on each added material added. All examples of the type and
shape correspond to the size of 15 cm x 15 cm x 15 cm.
The results obtained in this comparison yielded concrete compressive
strength at the age of 1 day each with a normal concrete of 178.15 Kg / Cm2,
concrete with the addition of 10% silica fume in addition of 1% polycarboxylate
of 206.24 Kg / Cm2, 2% polcarboxylate of 307.49 Kg / Cm2 and in addition to
3% polycarboxylate of 357,09 Kg / Cm2.
