Abstract :
Based on the decision of the President of the Republic of Indonesia No. 69 of 1993, Leprosy Dr.Rivai Abdullah Hospital in Palembang increased to a Special Hospital with the A accreditation. In its development, Dr.Rivai Abdullah Palembang RSK health services not only handle special leprosy patients but also serve simple general cases such as, prosthesis, psychological, dental & oral examination, laboratory, radiology, medical rehabilitation. The design method used is the architectural system approach, the theme chosen is Modern Architecture, the use of spatial planning and the amount of space to adjust to the Minister of Health Regulation No. 24 of 2016. It also includes adaptation of Site regulations, and utilities to the surrounding environment. From this design produced a concept and design drawings of Dr.Rivai Abdullah Palembang Public Hospital. Located on Jl. Sungai Kundur, Kelurahan Mariana, Banyuasin District 1, Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra Province with a total land area of 4000 m², with a total area of the building base built, which is 28,585.2 m². The building that was built is the 8-story main building, 1-floor incenerator building, 1-floor WWTP building, 1-floor ganset building, 1-floor pump room building, dropoff, ceremony field, parking area for motorbike & car vehicles.
