ABSTRACT
The formulation of the problem in this research is is there any influence of price, product quality, and service quality on consumer satisfaction in the Inpress Traditional Market of Prabumulih City? The purpose of the study was to determine and analyze the effect of price, product quality, and service quality on consumer satisfaction in the Inum Traditional Market of Prabumulih City. The study population was unknown, so researchers used the Corchran formula to obtain a sample of 96 respondents. The results showed the regression equation Y = 2.199 + 0.428X1 + 0.419X2 + 0.429X3. Hypothesis testing results indicate there is an effect of price, product quality, and service quality together or individually on consumer satisfaction in Prabumulih City Inpress Market. Consumer satisfaction can be influenced by price, product quality, and service quality variables by 45.8%, while the remaining 54.2% customer satisfaction is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
