Abstract :
ABSTRACT Influences the implementation of occupational safety and Health (K3) to the performance of workers in the development project of UIN Raden Fatah University of Palembang M.Muklisin Ir. Noto Royan, M.T. Ir. Erny Agusri, M.T. This research aims to determine if there is an influence on the implementation of occupational safety and Health to the performance of employees in the development project of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. The application of occupational safety and health plays an important role in shaping the conduct of workers in carrying out the tasks given. The Data used in this research is derived from questionnaires and observations and interviews with PT employees. Nindya Karya (Persero) Tbk. Analytical techniques used are multiple regression analyses using T-Test and F-Test. The results showed that collectively comprising the variables of the management system K3 (X1), the risk identification variable (X2), the mechanism of Personal protective equipment (X3) and the Worker Engagement variable (X4) affect the variable Performance (Y). From the results of the calculations obtained in the test of multiple regression analysis of 6.851 is greater than the provisions obtained in the table with the number 2.49. Keywords: employee performance of construction projects, SMK3 regulations and procedures, worker communication, worker supervision, the involvement of workers in K3.
