Abstract :
This research was conducted with the aim of making it easier for patients with heart disease to detect early heart disease without having to come directly to the practice location of a cardiologist to find out how severe their heart disease is. In addition, consulting directly with a cardiologist requires a lot of money and there is still a lack of cardiologists in Gorontalo and it is difficult to access doctors' practice locations because the cardiologist's practice location is only in the center of Gorontalo City. This application is expected to facilitate the performance of cardiologists in diagnosing heart disease in humans. This application was developed using the Agile Scrum system development method which has Backlog, Sprint, Scrum Meetings and Demo phases. The results are in the form of an expert system software for early detection of heart disease in humans using a web-based case-based reasoning method.
