Abstract :
Thisresearch aims to determine the quality of KUB chicken semen using ringer dextrose and ringer lactate as diluent at 5 C and determine the best diluent between ringer dextrose and ringer lactate in maintaining the quality of KUB chicken semen at 5 o C. Data analysis was tabulated used excel program and analyzed descriptively analytically. The results showed that the use abnormalities than ringer dextrose diluent during storage. The use at ringer lactate diluent is much better than ringer dextrose dilueint in maintaining motility, viability and abnormalities of KUBchicken spermatozoa.
