Abstract :
Sexual problems in third trimester pregnant women are a problem that is oftencomplained of due to myths in society regarding sexual intercourse during pregnancy such as itcan cause contractions after sex, miscarriage, premature birth, babies do not get enough oxygenduring orgasm and infections in.Purpose: To find out sexual problems in third trimester pregnant women. Research Methods: Theresearch design uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The researchsample was 13 people. Research Results: Of the 13 respondents, only 7 had sexual intercourseduring the third trimester of pregnancy, while the other 6 had not. Of the 7 respondents who hadsexual intercourse, not because they had knowledge about the benefits of having sex during thethird trimester of pregnancy but because of their obligations as a wife. Conclusion: The results ofthis study indicate a relationship between psychological factors and sexual function and theknowledge of pregnant women in the third trimester is very minimal. Suggestion: for pregnantwomen to be more open about problems that occur during pregnancy, or they can ask forinformation from health workers related to sexuality during pregnancy
