Abstract :
K1 coverage is an illustration of the number of pregnant women who make their first visit to a health service facility to receive standard antenatal care. 2018 Riskesdas data shows that the national average K1 antenatal visit coverage is 96.1% while K4 coverage is 74.1%. This indicates that national antenatal services are still problematic because they do not meet the targets set in the 2020-2024 Strategic Plan and RPJMN. The aim of this research is to determine the factors that influence visits (K1) for pregnant women at the Dulukapa Community Health Center. This research method is quantitative research with an analytical nature with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study consisted of 130 pregnant women and a sample of 38 pregnant women. The results of the Chi-square research test showed that there was an influence of knowledge on the first visit (K1) p value = (0.011<0.05), there was an influence of attitude on the first visit (K1) p value = (0.011<0.05 ), there is an influence of husband's support on the first visit (K1) p value = (0.001<0.05). And there is an influence of family support on the first visit (K1) p value = (0.016<0.05). As well as the attitude of health workers towards the first visit (K1) p value = (0.011<0.05). Researchers can take advantage of this research so that it can be applied in their field.
