Abstract :
Preeclampsia is a multisystem disorder that usually affects 2%-5% of pregnant women and is oneof the main causes of maternal and perinatal morbidity and mortality, especially when thiscondition occurs early. The aim of the research was to determine the relationship betweenpregnancy risk and the incidence of preeclampsia at the Monano Community Health Center. Thesample was 45 pregnant women in the Monano Community Health Center Working Area. Dataanalysis using chi-square, the results of research on 45 respondents showed that 12 respondents(57%) were at high risk and had preeclampsia, and 9 respondents(43%) were at very high riskand preeclampsia. The statistical test results had a p value of 0.000, which means there is arelationship between risky pregnancies and the incidence of preeclampsia. The suggestion in thisstudy is that future researchers can expand the variables related to the incidence of preeclampsia.
