Abstract :
This research was conducted at one of the high schools in North Gorontalo Regency. The aim ofthe research is to determine the effect of giving tempe on Hb levels in young women at SMANegeri 4 Gorontalo Utara. The research method used was a non-equivalent quasi-experimentwith a quantitative approach and a pretest-posttest with control group design. The sample was32 young women. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Research Results Based onthe Wilcoxon test, the p-value is 0.000?(0.05)inthecontrolgroup,indicatingTherewasnosignificantdifferenceinpreandpostHB levels in the control group. There was a significant effect of consuming tempehnuggets on increasing HB levels in adolescents, where a p-value of 0.001
