Abstract :
This research aims to determine Public Service Ethics at the Bualo Village Office, BiauDistrict, North Gorontalo Regency. The research method uses a qualitative type. Theresults of the research show that public service ethics at the Bualo Village Office, BiauDistrict have not been implemented well, this can be seen from the implementation ofthe code of ethics which is not yet optimal, where the behavior of village officials whowork and are less concerned with references or guidelines, especially in providingpublic services. The honesty of public services is not yet optimal, which can be seenfrom public services which are still discriminatory and lack transparency. Public serviceresponsibilities are not yet optimal, which can be seen from the public servicesprovided by the Bualo Village Government which are often not on time according tothe time promised to the community and the discipline of Bualo village officials is notyet optimal, which can be seen from the behavior of village officials who arrive late,rest longer and leave the office early.
