Abstract :
This research aims to determine cross-sector coordination in the MahyaniDevelopment Program in Luhuto Village. The type of research used is DescriptiveQualitative. The research results show that cross-sector coordination of the MahyaniDevelopment Program in Luhuto Village is not optimal. This can be seen from thefour indicators measured, namely unity of action, communication, division of workand discipline, where there are two indicators that are considered to have beenfulfilled, namely indicators of unity of action and division of work. This can be seenfrom the existence of unity of view and division of tasks and functions related to theprogram mahyani development among existing stakeholders. Meanwhile, the othertwo indicators are deemed to have not been met, namely the communicationindicator and the discipline indicator. This can be seen from the lack of goodstakeholder communication with the target group as well as the commitment of theimplementers which is still low and does not work consistently so that theimplementation of the livable house construction program is not completed. inaccordance with previously planned targets
