Abstract :
The purpose of research was to find out how the implementation and impact of implementing school-based management in increasing community participation in effort to improve school performance includes school principals, teachers, students, parents and the community.This research uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results indicated the teaching of life skills carried out at SDN 1 Telaga Biru has gone well. teaching life skills is a variety of skills or abilities in order to be able to adapt and behave positively, which allows a person to be able to face the demands and challenges of everyday life effectively. each student in the learning process.
