Abstract :
This study uses a quantitative research approach to determine the effect of adversity quotient on teacher creativity in SLB Gorontalo City. Sampling using a total sampling technique with a research sample of 57 teachers. Data collection techniques include adversity quotient and creativity questionnaires, and the research methods used are simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of adversity quotient on teacher creativity with a tcount ? ttable value (10.904 ? 1.673) and a p-value = 0.000 (p = 0.05), it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between adversity quotient variables on creativity. The effect given is 67.8%, and the rest is influenced by other variables besides creativity.
