Abstract :
This research aims to design and create a web-based Bekam Clinic Management Information System and implement the Bekam Clinic Management Information System at the Azura Limboto Bekam Clinic. This research was developed using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) system method using the Waterfall model. This model has 5 stages in development, namely Requirement definition, System and software design, Implementation and unit testing, System testing and Integration, Operation and Maintenance. The result of this research is a website-based software, namely the Cupping Clinic Management Information System. This system can make it easier for the Azura Limboto Bekam Clinic to provide patient administration services.
