Abstract :
This research aims to find out how interactive learning media is used in the context of education for children with special needs (ABK), as well as the challenges faced in its implementation. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The data sources used in this research are informants, places/events, and documents/archives. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. This research was conducted to describe the effectiveness and response of children with special needs to interactive learning media. The research results show that the use of interactive learning media has a positive impact on the learning process of children with special needs. Positive responses can also be seen from the active participation of children with special needs in learning through this media. However, challenges such as the difficulty of teachers in adapting content to the individual needs of children with special needs and the lack of training for teachers in its use are things that need to be taken seriously when using this interactive learning media.
