Abstract :
This study aims to find out how Financial Management in the Era of Fiscal Decentralization in Bone Bolango Regency. This research uses a qualitative research approach with a descriptive type of research. Data collection is carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study concluded that Financial Management in the Era of Fiscal Decentralization in Bone Bolango Regency was quite good. In looking at financial management, four indicators are used. Where from the results of the study it was found that the indicators of the principle of independence have not been able to be achieved by the Bone Bolango Regency government. The local government of Bone Bolango District is still heavily dependent on central and provincial fund transfers as well as other funds such as the General Allocation Fund (DAU) and Special Allocation Fund (DAK). While other indicators, namely priority indicators, indicators of efficiency, effectiveness, and economy as well as indicators of budget discipline, have been running well. Local governments show a high level of discipline with established budgets, focusing on priority and mandatory binding spending. In addition, the local government of Bone Bolango Regency also showed efforts to maintain efficiency, effectiveness, and economy in financial management. They pay attention to every financial ratio and always prioritize the budget priorities that have been set.
