Abstract :
Marhaeni, and Dwi Mahayati 2020).
(Legawati & Nasution, 2019).
Tujuan : mengurangi komplikasi akibat pembedahan, mempercepat
penyembuhan, mengembalikan fungsi pasien pasien semaksimal mungkin seperti
sebelum operasi, mempertahankan konsep diri, dan mempersiapkan pasien pulang
(Wulandari, Widyaningsih, and Hygiene 2020)
Metode : Peneran bantuan mobilisasi dini pada pasien post section caesarea
Hasil : Setelah dilakukan asuhan keperawatan 3x24 jam didapatkan hasil setelah
diberikan teknik distraski mobilisasi Dini tingkat ansietas menurun, resiko infeksi
menurun, dan mobilitas fisik meningkat
Cesarean section (CS) is a method of delivering a baby by making a
large incision in the uterine wall through the abdominal wall. This procedure is
performed to prevent fetal or maternal death due to the risks or complications that
may arise from a natural birth (Juliathi, Marhaeni, and Dwi Mahayati 2020).
Impaired physical mobility that occurs in post-CS mothers can be addressed
through early mobilization (Simangunsong et al., 2020). Early mobilization in
post-CS mothers is an activity performed by the mother several hours after
delivery (Legawati & Nasution, 2019).
Objectives: Reduce surgical complications, accelerate healing, restore patient
function to its pre-operative level, maintain self-concept, and prepare the patient
for discharge (Wulandari, Widyaningsih, and Hygiene 2020).
Methods: Implementation of early mobilization assistance for post-cesarean
section patients.
Results: After 3x24 hours of nursing care, the early mobilization distraction
technique resulted in decreased anxiety levels, decreased risk of infection, and
increased physical mobility.
Conclusion: The client's nursing problems were resolved, and the early
mobilization distraction technique helped the client.
