ABSTRACT Saputro, Moch. Wahyu Aji 2022 Relationship between Parenting Patterns and Spiritual Intelligence Development in Preschool Age Children at Kuncup Harapan Sawo Kindergarten, Babat District, Lamongan Regency.Thesis of the S1 Nursing Study Program, University of Muhammadiyah Lamongan. Supervisor (1) Dadang Kusbiantoro, S. Kep., Ns. M. Si (2) Sylvi Harmiardillah, S. Kep., Ns., M. Kep. Spiritual intelligence is the intelligence to face and solve problems of meaning and value. Based on the data that out of 10 children who were tested for the development of spiritual intelligence, 6 children were suspected of experiencing delays in the development of spiritual intelligence. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between parenting patterns and the development of spiritual intelligence in preschool-aged children at Kuncup Harapan Sawo Kindergarten, Babat District, Lamongan Regency. The research method used is Cross Sectional, the population is 57 elderly, using simple random sampling obtained as many as 50 parents. The research data was taken using a questionnaire sheet. After tabulating the existing data were analyzed using the Spearman Rank (Rho) test with a significance level of 0.05. The results of this study indicate that most of the parenting patterns of parents apply democratic parenting as much as (58%), most of the spiritual intelligence development of preschool age children in the good category as much as (74%). While the statistical test results obtained p value = 0.000 (p <0.05), meaning that there is a relationship between parenting and the development of spiritual intelligence in preschool-aged children at Kuncup Harapan Sawo Kindergarten, Babat District, Lamongan Regency.
