ABSTRACT
This qualitative study explores the students? perceptions of 8th- semester of English education of university regarding the implementation of google word coach in teaching reading comprehension. Data were collected through Google forms and semi-structured interviews, focusing on students? experiences and views on how the tool influenced their vocabulary acquisition and reading engagement. The analysis of interview data revealed that students perceived Google Word coach as an effective and engaging method to support vocabulary learning. They reported an increased motivation and confidence in reading comprehension due to the interactive, game-based nature of the tool. The study concludes that students? positive perception highlight the potential of integrating digital tools like Google word coach into traditional reading instruction, fostering a more dynamic and engaging learning environment.
