Abstract :
PT. Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara (PT. AMNT) has a crusher plant to produce the supporting materials such as base coarse. This Crusher Plant is known as the Air Merah Crusher Plant. In its operational activities, PT. AMNT has a material production target that is tailored to the capabilities of the crusher plant and the needs field. The purpose of this study to find out the actual production of the crusher plant unit, to know the achievement of the crusher plant production target, to know the obstacles that affect the production of the crusher plant. as well as to find out the efforts in reducing the obstacles to achieve the crusher plant production target. Production Results In March 2019 was recorded approsimoteng 26,102 rm^3 /month, and the monthly production target was 28,730.88. m^3From the calculation results it can be seen that the production target has not been reached at 2,628.88〖 m〗^3 due to the large amount of time constraints caused by Physical Availability (PA) and Use of Availability (UA). To increase the production of the crusher plant unit can be done by optimizing the time constraints, such as optimizing the time of clean up area.
