Abstract :
This study aims to: (1) determine the effect of leadership style on employee job satisfaction at PT. Centa Brasindo Abadi, Palopo Branch, (2) to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance at PT. Centa Brasindo Abadi, Palopo Branch, (3) to determine the effect of employee job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Centa Brasindo Abadi, Palopo Branch, (4) to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance at PT. Centa Brasindo Abadi, Palopo Branch through employee job satisfaction. The population as well as the sample selected in the study were all employees of PT. Centa Brasindo Abadi, Palopo Branch, as many as 32 people, who were taken using the census method. The data analysis method used is path analysis. The results showed that the leadership style had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Centa Brasindo Abadi, Palopo Branch, leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Centa Brasindo Abadi, Palopo Branch, job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Centa Brasindo Abadi, Palopo Branch, leadership style has an indirect effect on employee performance at PT. Centa Brasindo Abadi, Palopo Branch, through job satisfaction.
