Abstract :
This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of apparatus competence and the use of information technology on the accountability of village fund management in Bua District, Luwu Regency. This type of research is quantitative research with primary data obtained from questionnaire data which is measured using a Likert scale. The total population in this study were 14 villages in Bua District. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with a total of 83 respondents. The data quality test in this study was the Pearson Correlation validity test and the reliability test used Croanbach's Alpha. The data analysis method is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 23.0. Hypothesis testing using the F test, T test, and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Apparatus competence has a positive and significant effect on the accountability of village fund management. 2)The use of information technology has a positive and significant effect on the accountability of village fund management. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh kompetensi aparat dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa di Kecamatan Bua Kabupaten Luwu. Jenis Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian Kuantitatif dengan data primer yang diperoleh dari data kuesioner yang di ukur menggunakan skala likert. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 14 desa di Kecamatan Bua. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 83 orang. Uji kualitas data dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas Pearson Correlation dan uji Reliabilitas menggunakan Croanbach?s Alpha. Metode analisis datanya adalah regresi linear berganda dengan menggunajan SPSS Versi 23,0. Uji hipotesis menggunakan Uji F, Uji T, dan Koefesien Determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kompetensi Aparat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa. 2) Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Aparat, Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi, Akuntabilitas Pengelolaan Dana Desa.
