Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of recruitment, selection and job placement on employee performance. This study, using saturated sampling technique, analyzed data using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS. The type of data in the study, namely primary data obtained through observation, interviews and questionnaires, the results of this study are the recruitment variable has no significant effect on employee performance. The selection variable has no significant effect on employee performance, while the work placement variable has a significant effect on performance. employees.
