Abstract :
This study uses a type of quantitative research, the purpose of which is to test and analyze the effect of the internal control system on employee performance through work ethics. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. The sample used in this study were 44 employees. The data analysis technique of this research is partial least square (PLS) with smartPLS 3.2.9 application and data description using SPSS version 22. The results of this test show that the internal control system variable has a significant positive effect on work ethics. the internal control system has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Work ethic has a significant positive effect on employee performance. The control system has a significant positive effect on employee performance through work ethics.
