Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of training and work experience on employee productivity at PT. Sumber Graha Sejahtera Cabang luwu. This study uses primary data, the data collection method is carried out using a questionnaire survey to 50 employee analyzed by multiple linear regression, after the data is collected, then the data is analyzes using SPSS version 24. Training research result affect employee productivity, work experience has an effect on employee productivity, as well as trough the f test (simultaneous) also obtained significant result on the independent variables in this study jointly have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely employee productivity.
