Abstract :
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an obligation for the company and cannot be separated from the sustainability of the company?s life in the future. The purpose of this study is to find out how the concept of corporate social responsibility reporting is applied to PT. Telkom Palopo Branch. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. The results of the study found that the CSR reporting concept used was that GRI G4 guidelines. The system customer as a form of corporate social responsibility to provide satisfaction to customers by providing the best service through one day service. To increase customer satisfaction, Telkom provides program loyalty and special programs for existing customers by offering upgrades network from 10 mbps to 20 mbps and open channels paidon Independence Day 17 August where customers can enjoy all paid channels without having to pay.
