Abstract :
This study aims to determine: (1). The effect of work conflict on employee performance. (2). The effect of work stress on employee performance. (3). The effect of work conflict and work stress on employee performance at PT.Sumber Graha Sejahtera Luwu. The research method is quantitative which is causal or causal with multiple linear regression techniques. The population is all employees, totaling 73 employees with a sample of 73 employees using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that: (1). T test results show that work conflict has a significant effect on employee performance. (2). T test results show that work stress has no significant effect on employee performance. (3). T test results show that work conflict has a significant effect on employee performance variables, and work stress variables have no effect on employee performance.
