Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of financial compensation and non-financial compensation on employee work productivity. The sample in this study were 75 employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Palopo branch. This study uses quantitative research methods with data collection techniques, namely distributing questionnaires. The results of this study showed that the financial compensation variable had a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity with the results of the hypothesis (X1) having a t-count value > from t-table (3,530 > 1,99394) and a significance level > 0.05 ( 0.001 > 0.05), and non-financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity with the results of the hypothesis (X2) having a t-count value greater than t-table (2.836 > 1.99394) and a significance level smaller than 0.05 (0.006 < 0.05). and jointly affect employee productivity by looking at the F-count value of 14,884 and the F-table of 3.12 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. This means that F-count > F-table (14,884 > 3.12).
