Abstract :
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of education and training on the performance of employees of PT. Bank Sulselbar Cab. Masamba, Kab. North Luwu. The population and sample in this study were 30 respondents and the sampling method used the saturated sample method, where the entire population was sampled. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The test results show that the education variable has a significant effect on performance partially, while the other variable, namely training, does not have a significant effect on employee performance.
