Abstract :
ABSTRAK This study aims to determine how the strategy of PT. Masmindo Dwi Area in community development and empowerment. The data collection method used is direct observation and interviews and documentation. The data analysis method used is a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Based on the results of interviews, PT MDA has empowered the community through the empowerment program it has run and the surrounding community has felt this. Keywords: Community empowerment strategy
