Abstract :
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Compensation Suitability, Information Asymmetry and Morality on Fraud Trends at PT Sumber Graha Sejahtera. The population and sample of this research are PT Sumber Graha Sejahtera staff. The sample collection technique used the Accidental Sampling technique by distributing research questionnaires using the Likert scale method. Analysis of the data from this study used multiple linear regression analysis using statistical packages for social science (SPSS) programs. The results that arise from this study indicate that the compensation suitability variable has no effect on the tendency of fraud and information asymmetry has a positive and significant effect on the tendency of fraud, while morality has a negative and significant effect on the tendency of fraud.
