Abstract :
This study aims to examine the effect of work environment and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Suraco Jaya Abadi Motor Masamba Branch. The independent variable in this study is the work environment and work discipline, while the dependent variable in this study is employee performance. This study uses quantitative research methods through multiple linear regression test which includes t test and F test. Data were collected using a questionnaire with Likert scale measurements. The sample in this study were 32 respondents. The questionnaire used is in digital form using Google Form. Furthermore, data processing is carried out using regression analysis. The test results show that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Suraco Jaya Abadi Motor Masamba Branch. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Suraco Jaya Abadi Motor Masamba Branch. Work environment and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Suraco Jaya Abadi Motor Masamba Branch.
