Abstract :
ABSTRAK Halmawati (2022). Management of Village Funds Based on the Mapaccing Philosophy of Malempu Na Magetteng in preventing fraud at the Tarra Tallu village office, North Luwu Regency. Supervised by Supervisor I Mrs. Rahmawati and Supervisor II Mr. Salju. The purpose of this study was to examine the role of the Mapaccing Malempu Na Magetteng philosophy in managing village funds to commit fraud. The research uses qualitative methods with a phenomenological approach to understand in depth. While the data collection techniques used are interviews, documentation and direct observation of informants. The results of this study indicate that the Tarra Tallu village office apparatus is managing village funds in accordance with the rules set by the government, namely based on the principles of Accountability, Transparent and Participatory, in addition to the Tarra Tallu village apparatus also instilling the philosophical value of "Mapaccing Malempu Na Magetteng" in their activities. . This value has been applied by the Tarra Tallu village apparatus, so as to avoid fraudulent behavior in managing village funds. Keywords: Mapaccing Malempu Na Magetteng, Village Fund, Fraud.
