Hasnilasari (2022). Explore the role of Female Auditors in Audit Judgment. Thesis of the Accounting Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Palopo. Guided by Supervisor 1 Mrs. Rahmawati and Supervisor 2 Mr. Muh. Yusuf Q. This study aims to understand and find out how much the involvement of female auditors during the audit process in decision making by interpreting the roles and actions taken by female auditors in audit assignments. This study uses a qualitative method with an interpretive paradigm, and social phenomenology as a research approach. The data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation. Interviews were conducted with five auditors from the Inspektorate?s Office located in North Luwu Regency. The results of this study indicate that there is a role of women in the Inspektorate?s Office located in North Luwu Regency which can be seen from their respective abilities, the accuracy possessed by individuals needed during the audit process.
