ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine whether competence and work Motivation have a significant effect on Employe Performance at PAM Tirta Mangkaluku Kota Palopo Branch. The research method used is a quantitative method using primary/secondary data . The data collection method used a questionnaire survey to 31 employes through t test (partial),competence (X1) proved to have an effect on employe performance. Through the F (simultaneous) test, all independent variables, namely competence and work motivation, have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely employe performance.
