Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and job involvement on employee performance at PT. Pegadaian Cabang Palopo. This research was conducted using the quantitative method by taking samples of employees at PT. Pegadaian Cabang Palopo. The results showed that Job Satisfaction and Job Involvement had a significant partial effect on Employee Performance at PT. Pegadaian Cabang Palopo.
