ABSTRACT Hasnaeni (2022). The Role of Accounting Information Systems for Investment Decision Making in the Islamic Economic Perspective at the KSSPS Bakti Huria office, Palopo Branch. Thesis of Accounting Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Palopo. Supervised by Supervisor 1 Mr. Junaidi and Supervisor 2 Mr. Muh. Yusuf Q. This study aims to determine the role of the accounting information system implemented at KSPPS Bakti Huria Syariah Palopo City Branch, and investment decision making by KSPPS Bakti Huria Syariah Palopo City Branch. The study used a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The type of data used is primary data obtained directly from interviews with the KSPPS Bakti Huria Syariah Palopo City Branch, namely with the Palopo City Branch Manager. The results of research conducted by researchers can be concluded that KSPPS Bakti Huria Syariah Palopo is very aware of the importance of the role of information systems carried out by management, the essence of making investment decisions, especially in the economy.
