Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of the policies of the Health Social Security Administration (BPJS) on the welfare level of participants in Luwu Regency. The research design used is a quantitative design. This research was conducted at the BPJS Health Office in Luwu Regency. The population selected in the study were BPJS Health participants in Luwu Regency as many as 22,585 people. The sample selected in this study was part of the BPJS health participants in Luwu Regency as many as 99 people. Data collection methods in this study were questionnaires (questionnaires), interviews, and literature study. The instrument used is a closed questionnaire. The data analysis method used in this research is statistical analysis method, both descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistics. Inferential analysis using simple linear regression and t-test. The results showed that the policy of the Health Social Security Administering Body (BPJS) had a significant effect on the welfare level of participants in Luwu Regency. Significantly influential because in essence and essence, policies related to BPJS Health really help the community and it clearly proves a welfare. With this BPJS Health policy, participants can save on the cost of health checks and childbirth. Their income can be used for other household needs.
