Abstract
This study aims to find out efforts to improve learning of shooting techniques in soccer games using color boxes in class VIII students of SMP Negeri Satap Lumaring. This research includes classroom action research. The subjects of the study were class VIII students of SMP Negeri Satap Lumaring, with a total of 20 students in the 2020/2021 school year. The meeting in this study was designed in two cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II.
The results of quantitative analysis of shooting data showed that there was a significant increase in learning shooting techniques for class VIII SMP Negeri Satap Lumaring, where in the first cycle the graduation percentage of class VIII students at SMP Negeri Satap Lumaring was 65% and increased in cycle II with a passing percentage of 95%.
