Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Work Environment and Payroll
System on the Work Motivation of Village Officials in Baebunta District. The population in
this study were 250 consumers. The sample used was determined by the slovin formula as
many as 50 respondents. The method of descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression.
Simultaneous test results (f test), namely the Work Environment and Payroll System
simultaneously, have a significant influence on work motivation decisions with a significant
value of 0.000 < when compared to the 5% alpha level and for the partial examiner, the work
environment has a significant positive effect on work motivation with a level of significant
0.001 < alpha level 0.05 and t value 3.601 > t table 1,
