EFFECT OF JOB COMMITMENT AND JOB SATISFACTION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT. INDONESIAN PEOPLE'S BANK PALOPO BRANCH OFFICE
This study aims to determine the effect of job analysis and employee withdrawal on employee performance at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Palopo Branch Office. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using primary data in the form of a questionnaire distributed to employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Palopo Branch Office. The analysis used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis, validity test, reliability test and multiple regression test. After the data is collected, the analysis data uses that it is suspected that (X1) work commitment affects (Y) employee performance, (X2) job satisfaction affects (Y) employee performance, (X1) work commitment and (X2) job satisfaction simultaneously affects (Y) employee performance
